Three mails were sent to Reliance netconnect "Netconnect.Broadband@relianceada.com" <Netconnect.Broadband@relianceada.com> and Datacard.Support@relianceada.com (Datacard.Support@relianceada.com) for deactivating the service as on January 16th. I am advised to contact some Key accounts Manager for the corporate account to cancel the service. When I asked who that is , they dont have any idea. I called them up on Jan 17th and they keep repeating the same response. Altogether frustrated with the response given by customer care netconnect number
7483342617. If the connection is given by Reliance , they should be able to help terminating it too.
