This is regarding a complaint of harassment and mental trauma which i had faced for my old air tel broadband connection with Tel no: 01614587052(Ludhiana)

I was using this broadband connection for the 4 months, later I've sent an Email to airtel regarding permanent disconnection of Airtel Broadband.

I've got a reply that we're updating our system that's why your request cannot be processed.but later I've again forwarded an email and got a reply from them that your request has been processed and within 7 days ur connection will be disconnected.

But it took around 5 months I'm getting calls from them for confirmation that why you want to disconnect your connection, and other side they were sending months rentals..its really frustrating and torture able.

now they're saying that you have 2750/Rs balance and kindly pay it otherwise we're gonna file a case against you.

Plz Help me out

I'm really depressed and confuse.
