    Default Non-reversal of failed online rechrges

    I have done recharge of my TATA Photon No 9271664408 on 30th December 2011.Though the

    transaction had failed the amount had been deducted from my account. On enquired with the Customer

    service through phone as well as mail, i have not yet received answer in the written format, but I hav

    all the auto generated tracking numbers for all the mails given to them. When enquired through phone

    they are just dragging the issue instead of reversing the charges to my account.I seek your help and

    advice in this regard.

    I have attached my bank transaction statement for your resolving the issue
    i have sent the statement to cs.helpdest@tatatel.com before on 14th of Jan 2012.
    i have several customer care telephonic discussion with your executive (reference no. 1269210891,1273895357) on-line complained track no:00397090112 , I00264040112
    Everybody has promises to do the reversal of the money within 24 hr but still i have not received the money,

    Do the needful otherwise i will have to take the legal action

    I am Mukul Pattanayak tried to recharge my TATA photon No 9271664408 on 30th Dec. 2011 of Rs.1001 my recharge got failed even though there is a deduction of the amount from my account.
    I have launched my complain on 5th Jan 2012 to customer care through telephone and executive promised to reverse the money on 11th Jan, but till now it has not been done so far.
    After that I have telephonic discussion with customer care executive several times (Ref. No. 1269210891,1273895357,1274940277) everybody has promised to reverse the money within 24hr. which is not done so far.
    As per their (customer care executive) request I have sent my bank statement to email id cs.helpdest@tatatel.com, Customer.care@tatatel.co.in, but there is no reply,

    I am attaching my bank statement to you also for your reference.

    More than 20days is over still I have not got my money or any satisfactory response, every time I call customer care executive say that they will reverse the amount with in 24hr.
    Now what should I do? Waiting for the reply
