    Default Airtel broadband connection

    This complaint is regarding getting a new AIRTEL broadband connection in my apartment. Airtel representative had come to my appartment, collected money(1000 Rs-) & all the reqd documents from me. He promised that I'll be getting Airtel broadband connection in 5 days. Its 15 days now, I haven't heard back anything from him.My request no. is 437796.

    Pls note that my appartment complex is already having around 7-10 Airtel broadband customers. I took Airtel technical person's contact no from the existing Airtel broadband customers from my building. When I spoke to this technical person, he is asking me to bring 3 more customers to get the Airtel broadband connection (as if I'm Airtel marketing executive). Apparently, 1 or 2 more residents had shown interest in getting Airtel broadband.

    Please note that I have visited Airtel office located on B.G. road. But, even after that, I haven't heard back anything from anyone.

    Default Worst service and missbehaved by Airtel

    I found Airtel service is worst and even harrassing. I have applied for a new "IPTV package"(IPTV, Broadband and landline) on 6th Jan 2012. Its representative had collected the form on 6th Jan 2012 and committed me that installation will be done within 3 days. But tiil today Installation is due. Their representatives are missbehaving and I am not getting any proper answer and solution from Airtel side. My application number is "2963207" by the name of "Anupam Kumar" and Mobile number is "8860073703". I have made so many calls to customer care and they are just passing the time. His representatives "Amit Kumar Mishra"(Who has collected the form and cheque) is not attending the call. Its sales team is not attending the call. Very worst service I have ever seen or more than that.
    I want to complain against Airtel. Kindly register my complain and take strict action.
