Hi,

I am Gurpreet Singh, a resident of Raja Park, Shakur Basti, Delhi-110034.

My MTNL landline number is 011-27182261.

The MTNL broadband connection at my house is not working for last 20 days. The voice calls are working fine but i am not able to connect to the internet. I have logged several complaints by dialing 1504 number via my mtnl landline phone, the support executives always promise that someone would visit my house but i have been waiting for last 20 days and nobody came.

I also logged 3-4 complaints via internet but each the complaints get closed after 1-2 days and i have to log one again.

Please help.
