I paid my bill (Rs.1500) on 3rd JAN via Axis Bank Debit card. Transaction success from bank but at reliance site i got message "transaction unsuccessful". so i checked my bank account and amount was already debited. I wait 48hr if i get reverse but no. As per bank, payment was successful so there is no reverse. But till a date amount not applied to my reliance account, i called many times every time i get new request number nothing else, i mailed debit card and bank account statement many times but i am getting same reply from support. Now my connection got blocked from last 4 days.

SO I WANT TO JUST CLOSE MY CONNECTION AS I AM NOT GOING TO PAY YOU DOUBLE, INSTEAD OF THIS I WILL PAY DOUBLE AMOUNT TO OTHER COMPANY TO GET NEW CONNECTION. REALLY TIRED NOW.
