I had gone for reliance net connect (corporate plan) in May 2011, I was going through a poor connectivity issue, I have logged multiple customer complaint but technical team just closed the complaint without any action. I sent email to relationship officers, I have mentioned my last (on that point of time) complaint no 161868797. Relationship manger assured on email that technical team will visit at my location, but could not able to organize the same, He did sent a sales team member, He had also experienced the same issue and acknowledges the poor connectivity problem. He also logged the complaint no 16354399, and assured me; technical team will visit and resolve the network issue. But unfortunately there were no response from technical team. I again wrote an email to relationship officer and mentioned my frustration as this was hampering my work to a great extend. I have asked to disconnect my connection, but there after I even not received any response from anyone from reliance. Till the Oct’2011 I was paying my bills regularly, even I could not able to utilize the services. Thereafter I gave up and asked to disconnect my services and mentioned clearly that now onwards could not able to pay any bills. Unfortunately billing process is not stopped. Here, I have invested my money in reliance device and paid bills for the 5 months for the services which I could not able to avail and my compliants are also not being addressed. Now there is height of everything, I started getting harassment calls from 9990970058 ,& 917503156528 and they are threatening to pay outstanding amount of 1400 Rs otherwise you will face a legal issue and will lunch police complaint against you and so many other things.Thanks and regards
