I raised a complaint in June that the internet wasnt working . They came and removed the broadband wire saying it cant be fixed. So we asked for diconnection. Airtel said give us chance and we will try and fix it.
We sent a mail for disconnection on July 18 . They replied on July 30 saying it will be cancelled in 7 days.
Now we get calls from legal department asking for August September and October payment.
When I forwarded the mails I received from them, they said they cant find any request from us.

They are saying we asked for cancellation in September.

I have mails that I sent and what their employee sent in July.

It has become harrasement. I call them daily asking them for updates.

They dont resolve my issue. Legal department is calling daily and this has become a torture!

Please help me!!!
