Please find the Vodafone wi-fi connection number as below,

I’ve a purchased the Vodafone Wi Fi Internet device, but faced the issues many a times such as
- 3G not being activated for initial couple of months
- Billing plans not being set correctly or being changed without the notice
- No conversion to prepaid even after consumer is willing to convert it into prepaid due to postpaid issues
- Disconnection of the service
- Continuation of the billing cycles without the usage after disconnection
- Not ready to listen to the consumer queries
- No prompt reply or resolution of the consumer queries
- Overall Pathetic service experience
Can you please provide some help to resolve this matter at the earliest.

Thank you for your email dated 09/01/12, regarding your Vodafone Mobile number 9930460401 .
We tried calling you on 9987060401, however were unable to speak to you.
>> Its highly impossible not being able to reach me at my number 9987060401 for you, when surprisingly all my friends and family members do reach to me on the same number every day.
We have checked the document and details on Mobile number 9930460401 and confirm:
- As per the documents received while activation of the connection on 13/04/11 the Data plan is correctly activated.
>> I required the 3G wi-fi device for my office use (USB’s were disabled), that’s why I opted for this device worth INR 6500. If this is a 3G device then why not the 3G was activated on it from day one? Also there were promotional 3G unlimited plan for first 1 month. Forget about the offers I was not even able to connect remotely to my office network. I struggled for at least starting 2 months where I lost my office time of server criticality. After many calls to customer care (no one was able to explain me why) which was in vain and couple of visits to the Vodafone store with my laptop I finally got it connected to my office network.
Who is responsible for the pain which I got out of it? and the time I lost of my critical office work? I even paid the bill outstanding of approx INR 2500 for almost zero usage (as I was not able to connect to office network) for this pathetic service of starting 2 months. You can verify the usage Its hardly in KBs. No one compromised on this bill. Why you don’t listen to the consumer complaints? When I have a provision of reimbursing the bills from my company (but what to reimburse for, for a pathetic service?) and it was your mistake, still I paid for it.
- 3G 850-3Gb free plan was activated on 07/06/11, as per your request at the Vodafone Store- Ghatkopar on 06/06/11
>> This was after my visit to Vodafone store with my laptop couple of times after breaking my head with the customer care representatives.
- Services for the number were disconnected as the bill amount due was not received by us.
>> What was the limit set for me? Why the line got disconnected? Which is my plan? I never got correct answer from any of the customer care representatives about this. Again I lost the hefty amount of time enquiring the customer care representatives, but again it was in vain. I was not able to perform the office work and I had only on answer “Your line is disconnected”
- You may surely have the number transferred to prepaid, once the amount due is cleared.
>> After my first lesson of paying INR 2500 for almost zero usage I decided to make it prepaid, but no one helped me instead they kept me on the billing plan saying its very similar to prepaid and not to worry about the connection issues again as I had earlier.
- As there was an amount due on the number the bills were continued to be generated.
>> why this bills got generated? The device was totally switched off. No one intimated me about re activation of my line(how come some one will know about it without any intimation after getting so much of irritation out of the pathetic service). How come you expect the consumer to behave your way or take them for granted?
