Hi,

I have been using Tata Docomo 3G stick for the internet browsing,it never gave 3G speed,maximum speed used to be in few kbps,and the rates for charging bills were as per 3G rates(very expensive),i have never got any feedback on any of my complaints made to Call center,hence finally I told them to stop the services as i wanted to discontinue their services.still they generated 2 bills after giving request for stopping the services and sent me bills,hence i ignored and refused to pay those bills with the understanding that since i have no more used their services they will stop generating bills,and also made a complaint regarding the same.

And now i have received a LEGAL NOTICE from the TTML company that i need to pay the remaining amount along with the 3G stick which i had purchased by giving separate amount of hardware.they are also claiming that i need to pay notice charges of Rs 500 in addition to my outstanding amount.

The major LOOPHOLE which docomo 3G broadband has is they dont have any count on how much is your usage.I never got the speed check done and usage meter never worked for me,while i had complained about this,the Customer care executive said they don't have that facility! i wonder that they still treat usage meter as "facility",instead of giving this as by default feature to avoid any consequences with costumer.

I have decided not to revert to any of the legal notices and i will never return the dongle stick as it wasn't mentioned to me that i need to return the same after stopping the usage.

Please guide me about how should i take this further.
