my name is siddharth shah. my airtel no is 07940032615. i got net conection 3 years before. at that time they gave modem, and told on any problem in modem they will replace it . but now when my modem is not working properly they are telling that company policy is changed so now they are refusing to change the modem. they didnot inform to me for the change in policy when i paid for yearly plan. now they are denying to return my money for rest months and also not giving modem..
