    Angry Reliance broadband complaint

    Hi,

    I am using Reliance broadband internet.

    Last month, the service was completely down for more than 1 week. For which I called up reliance customer care. I have raised following service tickets (incident tickets) for the resolution:
    11251019311
    165903406
    166051541

    The first ticket was raised on 15-Nov. Since the issue was not resolved I called up help desk and asked for the reason. It was some kind of wiring issue in my area. I made it clear that if this is the case, I am not going to pay for the week for which I could not use broadband and this I assume to be fare expectation. If reliance is not able to provide the service then it should not expect FREE money out of customer's pocket as well.

    The calls for the above matter about asking for the bill correction are made and following tickets were provided to me:

    168269713

    After the calls and all the followup, I still received full bill without any deductions.

    Then recently I contacted my neighbor who also uses reliance broadband and he got a waiver. His customer user id is "330524658576". I am following on this with Reliance Customer care over month now, but it seems that Reliance wants some free money to grow now up its business.

    Reliance customer care people was too bad to answer any query to customer's satisfaction. he replies were copy-paste and no resolution was provided. Talking to Reliance customer care was like talking to "stone". They neither understand nor try to understand. The only response I received was that as per their record, the connection was restored within time limit. I think, since they have their system, they can update anything they like. I have the person's contact number [from reliance] who corrected the issue which happened in my area due to faulty/non-working wiring which he had to replace. This took a week for them. I had few important tasks which I could not complete and that's why I don't want to pay Reliance for that week. It's not about money but I am so frustated now, that I have taken a firm stand. This might be the case with the others where they are paying for even those days for which they do not have working internet connection.

    I have all the followup emails which I can produce if needed.

    And again, the internet was down from 27-Jan-12 till today i.e. 1-Feb-12. I dont know how you are going to handle this.

    Either there are too many complaints against Reliance Broadband to handle and that's why its taking such a longggg time to respond
    or
    the RCOMcare does not want to reply on this even after so many days.

    And still no action....
    I think there should be a strict action against such company who does not respond timely....

    Reliance broadband is a good example of how to ignore the complaints.....I think the purpose of the "Consumer Court" fails here......

    Now this is disgusting.....

    on that telephonic call, I clearly stated that I am still not happy the way its been handled.....and how come you can post the reply as this????????

    the discussion was not at all to any satisfactory level.....

    also, your service still continues to be bad.....,my internet is again down from 2 days......FYI, check the ticket# 175 937 480

    Angry Pathetic response from Reliance customer care executive

    Am using reliance broadband connection, i requested to shift my connection to new location and i got a request id 196756798, at first customer care executive informed me the connection can be shifted in 5 days, after 8 days when I called them they informed they can't shift to new location because of unavailability of free slots, I have already informed the executive I will change this location with in two months and you need to change this connection to my new location if you agree with this I will take connection or else I don’t need the connection he promised me he can shift this to new location in 3 days, but now its 9th day not shifted yet, no compensation and customer care executive has disconnected my call when am talking to them, no one is responding on my quires can any one help me .

    Default need compensation for 6 days internet blackout

    I am a reliance broadband customer in Pune. My internet was not working for 6 days due to your server problems. When i called customer care that time they promised me that this problem will be solved only after 6th march and your bill will be adjusted to the actual working days of internet. They asked me to call once the net starts working again. Yesterday the net finally started so I called for concession in bill but customer care refused to entertain my request.

    Please note that the server problem was your problem and because of which i faced lots of problems.
    As a customer I want to be compensated for my loss.

    If you are unable to do it then i have to think about other options.

    Please take my request into consideration.

    Default Reliance Broadband-CHEATING

    Hi, I was a Reliance broaband user drom past 2 to 3 years. in the month of December'12, I sent an email to Reliance Broadband to stop services with immediate effect due to change of address. They did not stop but kept on calling me and asking me to give them pincode no. To shift it at the new place. I simply denied as it was not needed. In fact then they keep on calling me for the bill payments and there is no action on my request. They even sent me message to take leagal action due to non-payment.

When i called customer care that time they promised me that this problem will be solved only after 24hrs and your bill will be adjusted to the actual working days of internet. They asked me to call once the net starts working again. Yesterday the net finally started so I called for concession in bill but customer care refused to entertain my request.

    Please note that the server problem was your problem and because of which i faced lots of problems.
    As a customer I want to be compensated for my loss.

    If you are unable to do it then i have to think about other options.

    Unhappy I took a connection on last trusday, but its not working yet!

    Hello,
    I took a reliance broadband connection from RELIANCE AGENT NAMED AJAY PATEL 09179512558 ( BHOPAL), i submitted all the legals and payment for new connection but after this till now there is no proper response from reliance services. and even after that i called AJAY PATEL he started abuse me for without any reason. sir, can anybody help me for this i got lot of loss due to this action. What is my fault? why m suffering from this? i just took a reliance broadband this decision seem very hard and against to me.

    hi,
    I have been using Reliance services a long time now. The reason being
    I have paid for 6 months in advance and nothing else. Since 4 days I have been
    facing network problem and people in Reliance seem so reluctant about it.
    I called up the Customer care Raised Complaint No "204279737" on 12.06.13
    and today 16.06.13 till midnight I have not received any solution to it.
    Everytime I call them up they have one Robotic answer "we can't assure how much
    time it will take". I mean c'mon, if you can't tell me anyhting then what are you
    there for? I have paid for the services, its not like you are doing a charity. Being
    in the capital City of the nation a wire problem can not be solved in more than 4 days.
    That is the kind of services the big brand name RELIANCE is providing us with.
    I have spoken with Mr Kumar Gauda who seems to be the floor supervisor, and who as well
    have lame answers for everything.
    I request no one to take reliance broadband connection and also plea for strict actions
    to be taken against such unprofessional services.
