    Default Internet Network issue

    Dear Sir,

    Currently I'm using mobile LG model LG-C660 Anroid Version 2.3.4

    I have purchase the SIM of TATA DOCOMO for netsurfing. But i'm unable to use the internet due to network issue.I have already complaint regarding this problem to TATA DOCOMO customer care they told me that within next 24 hours your problem will be resolved.I have informed the customer care many a times and they answer me the same time period that in next 24 hour you will be able to use it.

    One of the complaint No is NWK094816

    I have purchased this SIM mainly for Net surfing but from past 15 days i cant access internet.
    Earlier they have cut the downloading charges due to their network issue Rs. 215 out of which they have returned me only 114 Rs.

    It is requested to kindly look into the matter

    Hello sir, My name is jagadeesh(Mob-8951150841) and iam from Bangalore. Me working as a lecturer in T.John College. 1 month back(15/12/2011) i had planned to take a broadband connection and so i opted for BSNL. I registered through online later one of the executive by name Yogesh(9535552107) from BSNL had came to our home and he collected a registeration charge of around 550 i have proof for that. He said within 10 days u get a broadband connection, now iam calling to him he is not responding to my call and he is simply disconnecting and sometimes he reply to my call and he tell within 2 days everyting will be fine like that.So i need ur help for this and please do take some action on such people.
