I took a TATA Photon+ on 15-Nov-2011,I lodge the complaint to TATA custmercare on 29-Nov-2011,the issue was the speed.I am getting 100-150 KBPS where they were promised upto 3.1 MBPS and least 500 KBPS.After lodging the complaint they gave me 10 Days for resulution but ther were failed to solve and again they took the resolution period to 1-Jan-2012 and when i had called them on 3-Jan-2012 they have no updates from Technicale person and this was the words came from the Care peoples.And now they are telling they have put forward thr resulotion period for 31-Jan-2012.
I am asking the TATA peoples to give back my Tata Photons Device money and they are not ready to give back.And they are not ready to upgraded my TATA Photon+ to Tata Photon Max.
Now,I am facing the problem to use it .
