Reactivation problem

Hello sir,
I am Navaneetha krishnan from chennai. My landline no is 044-42146229.And my account no is 14125208. I have my billing issue from june month. i got a total bill amount Rs.10156 for consecutive three months. For that i gave more than 15 complaints in your customer care. But no response from your side. All the time they telling the same amount only. so i got lot of vex in that. Atlast i went to city office and gave request about this billing issue. I got charged for night usage also.My complaint no is SR-8863620.
My plan is 499 scheme. monthly rental Rs. 499 and i will put one booster pack for Rs.98. As per my plan 2 MBbs speed and day usage 1 GB free and night 9pm to 8am unlimited download free. I have this for past two years. But after upgrade your server only i got billing issue.
Then i got a call from your deactivate team. His name is Mr.Vijay, mob no is 9962048001. He told to me he waver my billing amount and i have to pay Rs.5090 instead of Rs.10156. At that itself i asked about my plan. I told him i want my same plan back. He also told surly you will get the same plan. Just we will activate the same line. May be my acc no and landline no change. I dont bother about my acc no or landline no. But i want my same 499 plan.
Then i got a mail from that team. That mail content shown below.

But no response from his side. Again Mr.Vijay called him and confirm that i will get my old plan surly. Then i paid the bill to ur representative on 22nd dec. But still now My line didnt activate. Again i called to vijay and asked about this.He gave one no of reactivation team member. when i talk with her, she told they cant activate my old plan. Uhave to take new plan only.
Then i went to city office and ask about this. But they also told the same only. They talk with Mr. vijay and he also accept that he only committed me that i will give my old plan back. But mr. Sankaranarasimhan.P not accept that.
I cant accept for your scheme. I paid the bill because i want my old plan back. But atlast all of them cheating me only. I asked to Mr.Sankaranarasimhan.P about my plan change or not in my mail just shown above.But he didnt reply for my mail.
Now i want my 499 old plan only. I cant accept for any other plans. And i record the conversation between me and vijay whenever we talk. In that he accept everytime he will activate my old scheme.If your not give the old plan means my action will be very severe. I cant go everytime to city office. i have all proof that now ur team cheating me.
I want my old plan immediately.
I want immediate feedback from you. I got so much vex because of your team members. Am having mental torture bcoz of this issue.
