i called in to customer care to get the help as my internet is not working as i am not able to open a google.com it take more then 1 hr so i called to get the help as agent was not able to help either the release the call or put us on hold for 3035 sec............ and then disconnect the call................and dise not know about the broad band usage as they all provide different info i spoke to 6 agents but all of them gave me different info
1 agent told me your usage that you have used 10 gb and will get the speed of 512kbps so as i was not getting the speed i explained but she was repeating the issue so asked for sup so she released the call
2 agent SUMTI....... said u have used .5GB 700MB and will get the speed of 125kbps so i asked him to raise the complain
JASMEET....SR TEAM LEADER told me that i will get the speed of 125kbps after 50 gb and after that i spoke to other agents
so did the 3 4 and 5 all gave me different info and 2 of them released and last agent put me on hold for more then 45 min .............and disconnected the call
and last sup nitist told that i have used 5 gb and now my speed would be 32kbps after this as terms have been changed which was never told or informed to me
