    Angry Excessive Bill Generation By Tata Photon+

    Hi,

    I would like to register my complain regarding my Tata Photon+ connection (9266165036).

    For my October billing month I was charged 1200 Rs which I suppose I do not bear.
    I had already called customer care several times and when I saw no action being taken place I also
    registered complain on company website (complain number : 359566).

    Even after complaining online I did not get any positive response.
    My query was closed without any satisfactory resolution.
    I then mailed my query to Nodal officer Delhi and even then I did not got any satisfactory solution.

    Since then I have received some calls from customer care executives but they did not gave me any satisfactory solution.
    Instead on 5th of January I got call from a guy presenting himself to be executive from Government Legal Department (011-32645356).
    The guy gave me number of a lawyer (9582120283) who threatened me to appear in court.

    I have always been dis-satisfied by company's services since the day I purchased the connection.
    I never got the speed which company has promised (they are also publicizing it in their various advertisements).

    The only query from my side is that I want details of my data usage (which I am not able to get even after numerous constant
    efforts) and I am always willing to clear my account.
    I also want company to close my account as I have already started using services of another service provider.

    Hi,

    I would like to register my complain regarding my Tata Photon+ connection (9246865953).

    For my August billing month I was charged 2864 Rs which is clearly illogical.When I called the customer care guys I was told that My usage waxs 13 GB against 10GB limit,but it can't be so because my average uasge is only 4-4.5GB.
    Since then I have received some calls from customer care executives but they did not gave me any satisfactory solution.
    Instead on 16th of January I got call from a guy presenting himself to be executive from Government Legal Department (+91-9910467230).
    The guy told me that some court cases are processed against me for which I may have to come to Delhi.I have earlierly tried to clear the bill to get rid of it,but my online account was blocked, so I was not able to pay the bill.Customer care guys told me that some one will come to take the bill,but no one came.
    The only query from my side is that I want details of my data usage and I am always willing to clear my account.
    I also want company to close my account as I have already started using services of another service provider
