Reliance have been very irresponsible. When my net connect device was malfunctioning, I raised several tickets and even paid 1 month bill - I was asked to take it to the nearest service in Bangalore in the website. Based upon this I took it to a centre in Jayanagar, Bgl only to find out the tie up between them and Reliance was terminated over a year ago.
Since they were not sending anyone to fix the devise, I called them saying I'm terminating the connection and specifically said that they should not expect me to pay any more bills. They offered 2 mth free broadband trying to convince me to stay and offering to fix it, but I didn't want to wait and stopped it at that.
Now I'm happy with another provider, however I still keep getting mails from Reliance and last week a legal notice. I really want to take this to court as it is quite clear Rcom are in the wrong and there are tickets I've raised with them that would back me up.
