Reliance is committing to provide 3.1 MBPS speed but actually they are providing not more than 200-300 KBPS speed. Please check the mail which I got from Reliance which has mentioned that they are providing 200-300 KBPS speed. So this is my humble request to you do not use Reliance Net connect Broadband connection. See the mail below:

Kindly note that Reliance Netconnect is a shared resource service. The speed will depend on a variety of factors like:

• The number of voice and data users in your area.
• Signal strength available at the time of connection.
• The site you are visiting.
• Your computer configuration.
• Network load.
• Internet traffic.

Your actual speed can be as high as 3.1Mbps, but in most real-world situations, you can expect average speed of 200 to 300 kbps.

In continuation to your e-mail regarding billing issue, please note that minimum monthly rentals are applicable to you as long as your account remains active with Reliance services. Hence, we are unable to process your request for the waiver.

Further to your e-mail regarding late payment charges, we request you to write us back with the following details:

• Any one from Alternate contact number(Filled up in customer application form) or Complete billing address or Date of birth or Customer Account Number.
