Dear Sir,This Is Prashanth Kamini From Parsigutta,Hyderabad
Recently I purchased Reliance Netconnect+ Bearing Number 09393178868 i.e On 4/01/2012 Perfectly At 10:30 a.m.Paying An Amount Of Rs.2250.00
But It Was Activated at 8:00 p.m.The Matter Is The Sales Executive Told Me That Internet browsing & Downloading Is Absolutely Free For 3 Months With The Speed Of 3.1 Mbps without Mentioning Terms and conditions.
But,On date 07/01/2012 at time 7:30pm i have Received the Message That Your Free Quota Has 100% Successfully Utilised and The HSD has Been Downgraded.Now the Speed is 144 Kbps.
And Now the Customer care Services are saying that they are not responsible for the problem.
So,Please Kindly Take an Action regarding The Problem.
