I raised the request for shifting of phone on Aug 26, 20011 (Req no 3003302) but Airtel have not shifted the phone till Oct 29, 2011. In between I have raised various other requests, (req no 3545590 and 5144516) but still it was not shifted. Then I wished to terminate the connection, but someone from customer retention team told me that connection will be transferred immediately and I will not have to pay for those 2 months for which I did not had the connection and later on they shifted the connection on Oct 29, 2011. My billing cycle is from 11th till 10th of every month, and my rental with taxes is Rs 661. So I should be charged from Aug11-26 which is 16 days and Oct 29 - Nov 09 which is 12 days, in total 28 days based on what customer retention person from Airtel told me. Now from Nov 10 till Dec 29th (Interaction Id: 62439271) Airtel did not providing me internet services but keep on sending the bill for this duration, which is beyond my understanding. I am only willing to pay for the services which you have provided. Even after my continuous requests Airtel kept on delaying this matter. How can you expect someone pay the bill if you do not shift the connection to his location, and if shifted you do not provide the services.
On Dec 29th (Interaction Id: 62439271) I talked with someone in Airtel and I was promised that a waiver of Rs 1000 will be given to me and I have to pay the rest amount, which I have payed immediately but still Airtel keeps on sending me the messages that I have to pay some amount of around Rs 650. Now when everything is settled then which Rs 650 Airtel wants ?
Also in the cycle Dec 11, 2011 till Jan 10, 2012 as I didn't had the connection till Dec 28, 2011 so Airtel should not send me the bill of 18 days for this cycle.
Kindly resettle the bill amount as soon as possible. You provided services for 28 days Since Aug 11 till Dec 29 so I should be charged only for this duration.
Also refer Req no 3545590, 6536912 and 7002166, 8871824,9080042 also. These many requests I have raised but it seems like Airtel is more interested in closing these requests rather than solving the problem. Airtel have closed all the requests without even notifying me. Every time I raise a request, Airtel closed the request without providing me the resolution and then I have to open another request but smart customer care representatives again close it without notifying me. This thing keep on happening and Airtel keeps on wasting my time instead of resolving the issue. They have called only to ask to pay the bill and whenever I tell them the original problem they just disconnect the call. It is highly unacceptable.
I have seriously lost trust in your services.
