There were billing disputes which settled email from tata indicom on 3159 against the o/s of 4759/=
I paid 2000 rs on 22 Nov 2011 and promised to pay the balance of 1159 and I received a call from a lady called Priyanka from collection.
She said you will have to continue with the connection I said no...i can't...with this....then i send an email to collection manager on Rakesh.Kumar52@tatatel.co.in confirming him to respond on my email that my account will be closed after that I will make pay of 1159.00
he never responded back and today I have received an email from Delhilegalcollectioncell@tatatel.co.in as a demand notice of Rs.2759/=.
I was ready to pay them 1159....all i wanted to give me in black and white that nothing will be o/s and my account will be closed and no further billing will be done.
This is clearly a harrassment.
