Hi

I had registered for a new Airtel Broadband connection on 4th Jan 2012 by paying Rs.800 towards installation, with the local Airtel office in Chennai, T.Nagar (Bazullah Road) for my house located in Valasaravakkam, Chennai. The executives promised that a representative would call me in 2 days and the connection would be installed within 3 working days. However, with over 5 working days having passed, I haven't received any call from anyone about this new connection. Worse, the executives at the office don't pick up my call to respond.

My application number is: 1267455, I applied for Alpha 6GB plan.
