    Angry Reliance broadband + through appco

    Hello Sir,

    Last week 1 person from appco marketing came to my house and offered me reliance broadband + connection -plan sliver broadband plus for Rs 750 rs/month - unlimited usage and 2gb data card free. I purchased (payment method -cheque) of Rs 1399 that but he didn't give me any device and collected xerox copies of my id and address proofs and told me verification will be done within two days and engineers will come and install the usb and then it will be activated..He gave me receipt and there are 3 numbers on it for the inquiry of application status- numbers are- 9970612345 ,022-42449990 and 1 toll free number- 1800-33-5555

    Two days after 1 person came to my house and told me he is from reliance and came to verification of the address and etc...he asked me my name ,and related details... I asked him when will i get my usb device -he told me call those numbers and ask for it.. I tried to call all 3 numbers ..1 st number is always switchoff/not available , i have observed many times that 2nd number is engaged but whenever it rings nobody pick it up... and 3rd number is not available as well...

    Can anybody help me in this? As i have made my payment using cheque ,will it help me if launch a fraud complaint?.... please help me ...

    Hi,

    We have used a MTNL dolphin prepaid connection and i will recharge my no (9868049390) by Rs.45 for second plan and i got 15 Rs in my main balance. But yesterday he will Actavated an radio service without informing me and when i contact to customer care no then there was no reply for my complain and cut the phone from customer care side, after some time i contact again to customer care then cusomer care executive pick up the phone and put one side but no action taken against my complain and also block my customer care no so then i will unable to connect with customer care executive. plz get action about this complain..

    Default Reliance data card through appco

    On 26.02.12, 1 person from appco marketing came to my house and offered me reliance broadband + connection -plan sliver broadband plus for Rs 750 rs/month - unlimited usage and 2gb data card free. I payed (payment method -cheque) of Rs 1400 and submitted xerox copies of my id and address proofs. Cheque got debited on 01.03.12. Till date DATA CARD AGAINST MY APPLICATION NO- CAF NO 3850168313 DATED 26.02.12 STILL NOT DELIVERED

    sir,
    on 27-2-12 a person named BABURAO(9949553854) came to house and offered a reliance data card plan for 750 per month SILVER PLAN
    i gave him cash oh 1200 rupess cash and my id proof and my photograph for him next day i received a conformation call. and they said i will get my device in 10 days and yet after 40 days no device. PLEASE help me
