    Default Tikona Broadbanc Cancellation Issue

    I had taken Tikona internet connection on 19th Nov 2011.
    My User Id is: 1104919567

    After 3 or 4 days it stopped working. I called you customer care on 26th
    Nov and same day Tikona engineer came and check the equipments. He told me that my locality is not
    feasible and receiver is not getting any signal.


    That same day I called CC again and request your executive to disconnect
    the service.


    Now today I again called CC regarding status and exe. told me that your
    service is not disconnected and *you have to mail on customer care email id*
    .


    *I again request you to disconnect your service and take away your
    equipments.*

    *And please refund my money.*

    Below are the emails I sent to their Customer Care and Nodal Office...

    Hi,

    Its almost 1 month I am waiting for your service cancellation but still not getting any response from you guys.
    And today I got another call from your billing department, saying that around Rs. 680/- is outstanding and I have to pay. I don't understand what are your policies?

    I am requesting you to please cancel the service and refund my money as I am not using your service due to poor connectivity.

    I got a call from your CC yesterday regarding my first SR/Complaint and now
    it is showing closed on your website without resolving my problem, even
    your executive didn't answer my query.

    I want to disconnect net and want my money back.

    I am fed up now. I got another bill yesterday. I dont know why I am getting bill, when I am not using you service. It is almost 3 months now, and you didn't disconnect the service and sending bill. You guys tell me what should I do now.
    I am living in a rented flat and this is my last month in this flat. I am going to change my flat next month, after that you will not be able to collect your receiver and other instruments.
    I am again requesting you to cancel the service and please collect the hardware.
    And, if refund is not applicable than its ok but why your service is still active and why am i getting the bills.
    I want to know why your representative come to my home to collect the money.
    If this happens again I am going to complain in consumer court.
