Request # 9761188 has been raised for the frequent disconnection of Landline and hence the broadband.This request is supposed to be resolved by 04-Jan-2012, 10:49:49 PM. But till now(5th Jan 23:00) its not resolved and the problem has worsened further.Even contacting Nodal and Appellate officers of AirTel did not resolve the issue. They are simply saying "Issue will be resolved as soon as possible".Am not sure, what does "as soon as possible" equates to in terms of Time. I am fine with cancelling the connection or filing legal compliants.Sanjai.
