I had a Tikona broad band connection and since the nodal point was not working properly and I was not to using the internet, I called up cutomer care for disconnection request, I aslo emailed tikona regarding the disconnection request. But still Im getting the bill and no one from customer care is picking up the calls as well. The disconnection request was submitted 3 months back. Why Should I pay for a connection which is not even active for which there is no nodal point set up as well. This is the worst customer care I have ever seen.

Respected Sir,
Myself Sourav Nandi, I've registered for internet connection to Tikona broadband on 17/12/11. My registered mobile number is 8976070765 and my user account number is-1105197752. But the problem is that i have not got any connection & also not getting any positive response from Tikona Broadband. I tried to contact lot's of time with their customer care but they are just avoiding my problem. Sometimes they also disconnect my call after hearing my problem. Presently I told them if they are not able to provide me the connection then refund my money. Yet they are not giving any positive response. So in this serious situation I need your help.

Hi,
I took connection from Tikona Broadband in Delhi on 12th. Technician came to my place in order to help me in getting started with Tikona Broadband service. He changed the password by himself and provided me the same. One person can log in to Tikona if you have log in ID and Password. That guy only knows my username and password. When I started surfing on 15th I was surprised about the speed which was 64kbps though my plan was of Rs. 799 with 4mpbs speed and 15 GB of data transfer limit. I immediately called Tikona customer care and inquired about my problem. I was shocked when they told me that you have consumed your 15 GB of data usage that is why you are getting 64kbps.
After giving number of calls to Tikona customer care, they did not help me and did not raise any request regarding my problem. Also they did not provide me the details of that particular technician. That technician is also not taking my call.
Please help me in fighting with these fraud people and company.

See we had disconnected our Tikona connection, on Nov 13, and the device is also been handovered and the bill for the month of Oct -Nov 2011, was also cleared. But after cancellation of our account again a bill is generated for the month of Nov - Dec 2011. Is this the correct way, with out checking the connection status, generating a bill. So please make sure that the bill is cancelled.
Even i faced problem to get disconnected. I had tried to get disconnected from Tikona form Nov 4 2011 -Nov 13 2011 for more that 15- 20 times, but every time got same answer that We will call back to you in Half an hour or 1 hour, but i didn't got any call from your side. If you want you can listen to the Customer care recorded message. But at-last on Nov 13 2011, a request was taken. While taking the connection i never faced such a problem, but while disconnecting i faced very problems. I have never experienced such a worst situation. If you want you can even Listen to the Recorded call, when i talk to the customer care from the number 9493007712

I have just received a sms from TIkona services which says that your billed amount is Rs 2381/-then I called tikona customer care and one of tikona customer care representative said that "your account is active that's why you have received that sms and If you want I can discontinue your account". As per tikona reply my account had been disconnected so why my account is still active.
I believe all tikona people dont have sufficient amount of mind as they are unaware of this that's why they cant even reply properly. Tikona is totally a fraud company as they are not even ready to talk.
Please look in to this matter as I want justice right away. And also I went to nearest police station and a sub inspector suggested me to go CYBER CRIME branch. If consumer court can not do anything in this, I have to report this to CYBER CRIME branch.

I am really disappointed by the level of start tikona has committed. I did pay Rs. 2500 on Sunday 4 March 2012 and I was told that the representative will visit to my place in 2 days. My application ID is 50000019901038 and sales executive ID is 500019654 I received SMS from tikona stating my password and called up that sales executive but still I am waiting ..I called up tikona care no. but it is always busy....
Its Friday. Please change your name...TIKONA CARE!!!!... You peolple does not care about customers at all.... Internet connection was very urgent for me. Why do you people commit something when you can not reach to your customers on time....
I dont need tikona connection because the first interaction was just FAKE!!!! No committment, no management...not a customer centric approach at all... I demand my Money back and will search for other ISP. I will not allow tikona engineer to do installation tomorrow and demand my money back or will reach out to Police.

I paid the 3 months advance in October 2011. I disconnected the service in November 2011. So After That I have to take the remaining balance amount for remaining period.
Till date I have called so many times to customer care (also sent mails) but nothing happened.
If we are late in paying the amount then we need to pay interest. Now They are not giving my money back from last 6 months.

I have requested for broad band connection on April 1st week (April 2nd or April 3rd) and at that time customer care person said that they will
take care of it and it will take 45 days. I didn't get any reply after that. I got bill for March 15 to April 15 for 660 rupees.
When I called on April 23rd and inquired about disconnection they said they didn't get any request and I said them to mark the disconnection request that person made me wait for 10 minutes and disconnected the phone. Its really very mild torture.
If they could come with valid final settlement I will close this topic. PLEASE help me in disconnecting the service and stop the further bills coming into me.

Hi I am Kiran Preet. a person in the name of Salim approached us for a WiFi connection at our place(Vivek Vihar,Sector 82, Noida).
He was able to convince us to buy the connection. Since day 1 we were facing problems with the connection. We called the customer care several times but they were not able to resolve the problem. we were receiving bills every month, still we paid the 1st two bills but then the connection never worked.
we thought of getting it disconnected and thus, we called customer care but nobody is responding then we thought of keeping quite for a while.
One day my husband received a call from Tikonia for the payment of bills, he explained the problem but the person started off with abusive language and said we will be sending Police to your place then you will be forced to pay............................... I mean what sort of a service is this............ threatening people for your faults???
