    Angry Fraud by Tikona Broadband representatives

    Dear Sir,

    The below episode is one of the worst experiences i have ever endured in my life, even before availing any service. A blatant fraud by the executives of Tikona on whom i gonna file an case and will pursue them till i find justice.

    The below is an excerpt of mail i sent to their nodal and customer care executives. They just replied with a docket no. & left it hanged open.

    The whole episode goes as below.

    After shifting to my newly rented apartment in Takshila CHS, Andheri (E), i inquired about Tikona broadband services. I was contacted by Mr. Lokesh on 11th Dec for the new connection and he patched me up with Mr. Sarvesh. He sent a representative named Mr. Sachin after i agreed to meet him on 16th Dec. I inquired about the plans and asked him for some time to decide on. On his regular follow ups, i agreed to meet again on Monday 19th Dec.

    Mr. Sachin called and said he will come down to my residence and close the subscription. In the evening, two other representatives from tikona showed up and they said Mr. Sachin has sent them to close the subscription. I filled up the form chosing 2 mbps bonus bandwidth plan - ADBB1099 and paid cash Rs 1800 in lieu of subscription amount Rs 1764. When asked about the documents required, they said i have to handover the documents (ID Proof, Residence Proof and Two pics) to the guys who will come to set up the connection. Entrusting them, i paid the said amount and they ensured that connection would be up by next day evening as i will receive a call from Tikona in the morning confirming details of login ID and Password.

    As this was my first dealing with Tikona, i was completely unaware of the procedures being followed, i kept waiting for the call from tikona, but received no response. I did a quick follow-up with Mr. Lokesh and he said that it will take a day or two for processing. I went back to wait mode again for 2 days. When no one turned up, i called again Mr. Lokesh and asked about the connection setup, he ensured me of tracing down the form request and will revert. Here starts the agony, i kept calling him regularly for 4 days to trace the request and shared all details of my application form receipt, Application No - 50000016303012, Sales Executive ID - 500056308 with signature stating representative name as - V Shelar, but nothing got sorted.

    After all the detailing and my conversation with your Customer Service Desk as well, no one was able to assess what was wrong, but it was getting pretty clear to me that i had been cheated by those representatives.

    I have continuously called up Mr. Lokesh to help and get it sorted mentioning the cheat, but 26th Dec morning i received an astonishing reply from him stating - " Sir, mere bande ne kaha k usne aap se koi document nai collect kiya and main kuch nai kar sakta." On this, i went back again to trace all communications i had and to my records i have shared my residence address just with Mr. Lokesh through SMS. All this while, i haven't spoken to any other tikona vendor. So, how it can be possible that they cannot trace the person who collected my form and took money mentioning name of Mr. Sachin i met and talking about plans i was interest earlier. Mentioning all as a logic to Mr. Lokesh and his associates (Mr. Atul) , i was kept under a false promise all the time, " Sir, sham tak pata karke batata hun!!" Their sham never came with all shame.

    The story doesn't end here, i touch based again with Mr. Sachin on 26th morning and asked for clarifications and stated if he can help to sort out or else i will be bound to take a legal course of action. He insisted me to wait for some time and will again inquire in his office about the same. With all patience i can gather, i waited for his reply and at 2:20 PM today he calls back and mentions that my connection is in process and due to lack of coordination all this happened. My connection will be in placed in day or two. Now how can i buy this? and better i didnt coz forgetconnection, i havn't received any call from tikona after that.

    "Customer is god." " Customer First".etc etc...all these statements certainly falls fancy to me now. I felt bound to share such experience with all as an example of how these people cheat blatantly and fly away. I am amazed to see the such sad sales and customer handling by Tikona. Seriously I am unable to find any incident i have witnesses this bad while purchasing any service.

    I can go on and on with this but I request them to kindly investigate in the matter ASAP.

    I would sincerely appreciate a fair response on the same and look forward to a prompt resolution.

    For reference, i am sharing the details again -

    Application no - 50000016303012
    Amount Paid - Rs. 1800 (Cash)
    Sales Executive ID - 500056308
    Date - 19/12/11

    I can also share the mobile numbers of executives with whom i spoke all this while.

    this is reg 100best buy.com , I have call lot of time but there is no one come at phone only recording & tell our customer call you in 24 hour now it will be 3 rd of jan 2012 I have book online on 14 th of dec 2011 it be be 18 days over no order come or not any response come , how I trust then, plz refund my money I dont want that order ( order number: 1757377) plz refund my money as soon as possible
