    Default Reliance Netconnect Termination Reques

    With reference to my Rcom data card no. 9320355733, I had requested for termination on 21st Sept, 2011. I've the SMS confirmation still with me bearing the service request ID 162124040. The bill date is 22nd of every month. The bill generated till 21st sept was also paid by me in Oct'11 for which I've the receipt.
    I have also followed up with the useless callcentres and they tell me I was retained. The bill for Oct'11 was generated which was waived as I had requested for closure and also subsequently on calling by call centres I had not requested retention of any kind. Then bill for Nov'11 was also generated hence I went to the nearest Reliance Webworld in Borivali. They told me the same story and they agreed that there has been some mistake as there's no usage of the data card, which is very logical that if I were retained I would have used the card. But there's no usage one can see.
    On 10th Dec'11 I was told that the issue will get resolved and they will escalate the matter, but ofcourse I can't turst the useless promises from Rcom, hence I had taken in writing that the matter will be escalated and closed.
    But still the matter is open and I've recieved the Dec'11 bill, which ofcourse I'll not pay as I had already requested for closure on 21st Sept, 2011.
    I don't know why any account takes so much time to close. I'm tired of the useless call centres and neither the service desk at any reliance centre is worth approaching. Never will I recommend Rcom's services to anybody and never will I come to use it.

    Same issue with my datacard -93216 24672 closure...we really need to gather and fight against such cheatings...
