    Sir,

    I have broadband connection of Reliance Communications.Details are given below.

    Saturn Electronics & controls
    F/4, Sagar complex,Opp.. Shardul Flats,Jivarajpark,Ahmedabad-380051
    A/C No:100101394045 Billing A/C. No.:100000101541083

    My broadband connection is completely off from 23.12.2011.

    I have given complaint on 23.12.2011 and the request No is:168600612.

    I have again given complaint to head office on 26.12.2011 and the request no is 168772588.

    Still today, my broadband connection is not working.

    So Please take strict actions against Reliance Communications.

    dear sir /madam
    i ishan thakur and my mobile no.7814888200 last week u solve my problem of balance deducted and u told me that i never face this problem again. but on 1st jan reliance communication again deduct my balance 39rs .... it is a joke that first day u refund my balance and next day u deduct balance again.I think u n ur company never solve these type of problem. pls send me the processor to change this no. to another network pls it a request i don't want to stay with reliance communication because it is a froud company and i don't like it.............iam in roaming so pls contact me in this no. 9817143200

    i ishan thakur and my mobile no. is 7814888200 last day 3rd jan u call me and refund my balance and told me also that this problem never do again what is this yaar u trying to joking with me last night u deducted my balance rs39 again if u want some money then clearly told me but don't do that .....pls deact my all servise other i don't want to stay with reliance its botheration me........and pls iam in roaming and pls call me on this no.09817143200

    Default Reliance broadband .. worst service.. need help

    2 weeks back, I applied for new reliance BB connection in Lakksandra near Wilson garden banglore. The sales guy come immediately collected all documents and money. I got 2-3 verification calls and then they told installation will be done within 2-3 days..Now the problem started.. I kept on calling technician guy for more than a week and every time he received he told he will come next day and install but never did so.. And most of the time he never received my call.. One day he even told me that he is on the way to our room along with the cables but din come.. After calling their manger finally yesterday he came to house in the evening 6 and after inspecting the location he told that the cable which he brought is not sufficient so he will get lengthier cable today morning at 9.30 .. We waited till 11am and then called him then he told he is arranging cable and he will come soon.. After few mints i got call from same guy telling that they do not have sufficient cable so they will cancel my request do the refund :o ..These bas****s took money made me to wait for 2 weeks and now they are telling they dont have cable so they will cancel my request and refund :x ?? Is Reliance that poor that they dont have cable for new connection ??? .. And now I dont know how long I have to run behind them to get my refund.. I have spent much already calling them for installation. I request please some one help me in getting refund ASAP cause i have already wasted plenty time and money cause of these fools.. Never ever go for reliance.. they r so irresponsible.. This is so disgusting..

    Default complaint against reliance gsm postpaid connection

    as per my earlier complaint the services on my no. 9555084022 were terminated without any info prvided to me.
    after my complaint, action was taken(not too fast), and an executive came to my house to collect the reqd documents n services were resumed. this was just 7 days back. and now the services have been terminated again w.e.f 04-01-2012 without any prior notice. i dont understand the reason behind it and this negligence on your part is incurring me financial loss and i might opt to some other network becoz of all the losses, harrassment & embarassment caused. please take necessary action ASAP. my other contact no is 9999255580. kindly provide immediate help.

    dear sir / madam
    im a realiance gsm user from punjab my cell no is 9023475054 . Im using this no from past three years . from last few months im facing so many problems with my cell no .
    1 . One time company deducts double charges for my sms pack they have acitivated my sms pack but they deducted double charges from my cell balance.
    2 . Other Is the company's cutomer care no which is 198 i dials to talk to customer care executive my call doesn't connects to customer care and it automatically .
    3 . Third One Is i have activated callertune on my reliance no .i have sent msg on the no 155223 on 11/01/2012 to deactivate my service but they accepted the my request but didn deactivated my service and now still they are sending me msg to deduct my bal when im deactivating my service why they are not deactivating and why can't i talk to customer care executive .

    i ishan thakur and my mobile no.7814888200 maine kai bar complaint ki hai ki mera balance deduct ho raha hai nut ab to had ho gayi hai ,6jan ko reliance waloon ne kaha ki aisa dobara nahi hoga but 7 jan ko fir 30 rupees deduct ho gaye or uske baad ab pata nahi mere cell main kon kon se pasck activate kar diye hain reliance customer care walon ne.....or jab maine customer care main call ki to vo bolte hai ki hamara sever down hai ap thodi der baad call karo ye pichle 2 month se server hi down hai or jab unse ye kaha ki number portability ka processor batoa to customer care wale kehte hain ki we can't help in this matter ...khola kyun hai reliance waloon ne customer care .....reliance communication is a fraud company jitna loot sakte ho customer ko loot lo or bhi paise chahiye honge to call me or sms ur account no. in this no.9817143200

    Angry Very much upset customer

    I am one of the huge part of your unsatisfied customer.


    My reliance ac no: 9380038498


    I have made a payment via Rcom instant payment on Dec 14th for the amount of Rs925 with my ICICI debit card. My bank has confirmed that they have processed the amount (Trans id: 000275807997) but reliance has not confirmed my payment.


    I have contacted your customer service several times, contacted your franchisee in velachery, chennai (Sai communications) 3 times and submitted the statement copy as a proof of payment to your Chennai head office (Addowds road). No one has resolved my issue.


    I am very irritated with your service and spent lot of time to explain the entire story every time.


    I have paid for the net connection through alternate source, so I need the amount to be credited back to my bank account.


    Hoping someone resolve this issue earlier before I take this matter seriously.


    Also your network is tooooooo slow, complained N number of times still no joy. Going to put-off your service very soon.

    See the email below I have written on 7-sep. After almost 5 months Reliance has sent letter to pay the due of Rs 1400. I don't understand why. In letter it is written that legal action can be taken. Kindly see first, you cheating the customer. Kindly close this conversation. I paid unnecessarily August month bill for damn low speed for data card I paid Rs 1000. Now that card is not at all usable, I went for another service provider. Reliance did not inform me any time and kept changing the plan and billing after 5 months. Reliance communication is really very big fraud company which always cheating the customer. Please take strict action on them so that they won't cheat the customer any more..

    Hi,

    It has been very frustrating to take the Reliance NetConnect Data Card and connection from you. I have been told that, speed would be 3.1 mpbs. But it is damn very slow which varies between 20 Kpbs to 45 kpbs. This is not serving my purpose at all. And it is my mistake to take this connection.

    I gave the complaint 160489788 and this has been closed without my notification. And I had to call customer care again to re-open. No action has been taken. I can't call customer care every time for this.
    Kindly close my connection and take your data card back and refund the amount of data card and monthly bill. I would like to go for another ISP.
    Also please do not cheat any customer like this. If you don't have the capability of providing service, then why do you sell the data card and connection to them.

    Hello,
    I checked many people complaining against CRBT services activation without acknowledgement. But in my case they deducted my balance twice in 3 days. I called 198 and while talking to customer service agent felt like hitting my head on wall a better option. They talked so unprofessional, rude and asked me to recharge one of their number in exchange of transferring some balance to my number. Use of abusive language in background was very clear and single agent was handling two calls. No body was listening and only blaming. If there is anyone who checks all this then please look in to this matter. My number is 8802326261.

    Default change of recharge benefits without notification

    sir,
    I am Prerak Rustagi, from Delhi.

    I recharged my no: 9015202928 with Rs148. After recharge i came to know that the benefits are changed without any prior notification to both the customer as well as the local dealer

    Earlier Benefits: 1000 reliance to reliance minutes + 500 local minutes
    Present Benefits: 320 local and STD minutes.

    It is requested that the money should be refunded..
