I Mr. Mahendran Menon replied several time to reliance to repair Prepaid USB devise provided by the Relience and so far it has not been repaired.. Instead of repairing USB device, reliance threaten us through telephone calls and using working associates.
Several times i was agreed to pay the amount but reliance was disagree to repair USB device.
As i found issue with device, i myself deactivated internet connection and approached reliance to repair reliance USB device. But so far reliance couldn’t repair my device and they just want the payment to be made and i have been asked to purchase new device.
I am totally against cheating common man by supplying devise which is not repairable and making money out of it..(for example: if 10000 people brought this device for INR 2500 and within one year device fails and reliance force to buy new device and per year reliance is making INR 25000000/- without any effort. )
This is just an example what i have provided so you can imaging how much money is made with in span of year..

Reliance agree to provide repair USB device or new device and compensation for harassment
