PATHETIC Customer Service from IDEA I have a Data connect from IDEA. very often i have faced problems for poor speed and faliure to connect.
When we call the Customer care they ask us to call again to reach the desired option. Me calling from non IDEA network gets charged for evry single call i make for the same. Howeevr bearing the chareg i yet fail to reach the desired assistance option in the IVR. i am bearing this pain since 2008.

Check screenshot number 1 it was taken on 21st may.Now check screenshots number 2 and 3 these were taken just now.Now the total data usage in these is around 1.4 gb so why the fuck were you showing...
