I have been trying to sort installation for past 15 days with daily
promises that it will be installed by today or tommorrow. I have been
promised this for past 15 days.

For past 14 days I have heard

1. Your work order hasn't released
2. Your work order has just released
3. Engineer is going to call you today
4. Engineer is going to call you by tommorrow
5. Your payment hasn't been realised
6. There was an issue with your email address hence not installed
7. Billing system is down so can't update the email
8. Your order is open so you cannot change the email address


It is in the order of response from your installation/customer support team. Just
wonder how in initial days everything was paid and suddenly midway it
changed to not paid and then email was an issues. I wonder how all this changed

Last I have been told that it will be installed within 72 hours which
is frustating and 30 hours have passed with no result.

I have now NO faith that I will ever get installed and with such a poor response to No response from Delhi Nodal Officer.
