I had recharged my reliance netconnect (no-9374583622) in June 2011 for an amount of Rs. 3000. The amount was debited from my bank account but no recharge for the net account was accorded. I came to know about it in September and started following up with them for the amount/ recharge. They dragged the request for almost 3 months just to give unreasonable excuses at the end like "your transaction is very old, so we can't find details on the same", " you are not eligible for the scheme, hence you did not get the recharge value", "we did not receive your money", etc.
I made the recharge via online banking and my bank account has been debited by the amount. So there is no possibility of their not receiving the amount. The transaction has become old, because their executives have been dragging the request for 3 months. Moreover, if I am not eligible for a scheme, which although I am as per details put up on their website, then my bank account should not be debited for the same.
I want to file a consumer complaint against the company for the said transaction. If they can give me a final word of "we can't help you", then I think consumer courts can!
