    Default tata photon plus purchased from vriti infocom

    purchased tata photon plus from vriti infocom the person Mr Sachin mobile no 9453615937 on 15/12/2012. after repeated calls failed to activate the device. the phone numbers he provided not responding. feeling cheated.

    Hi Sachin,

    My self Avneesh from Vriti Infocom(Connectindia) As discussed with you that your data card is activated and working fine now. We were unable to activate your device eairler due to incomplete documents because TRAI does not allow to activate any data card or Mobile connection without defined documents.
    However please accept our sencier appology for the inconvenince cause to you ,for any issue feel free to write back to us would be more happy to h future if you have any query and you want purchase any more data card so please contact us.

    Angry Dont buy the Tata Photon

    Very bad experience with TATA Photon customer care Department. my photon no is 9216710313,
    now when i call the vriti infocom they dont pick,
    It is cheat, so i am saying to all who are going to buy any network/datacard, dont buy the tata product, bcz they will not help you in any way, when i call the cutomer care they ask the CAF no. they always say that we cannot help you without CAF no, sorry.
    No one know that what we should know, at the time of device purchasing . so how can we get the CAF, if they dont provide it themself.
    I was trusting the Name of TATA, but all is going worse.
    I hope it will help the other to save from being cheated.
