Hi, I had applied for broadband connection on 16th julyand had given Rs 1000 as advance under the free installation scheme.My customer enrollment Form no. is 264080 which was changed to 267016 as informed to me via SMS by airtel guy. Despite contacting the airtel guy countless number of times(his contact no. is 9901249835) broadband is not installed.Initially he made excuses of technical problems but later he stopped picking up my call also.Atlast i went to airtel office in Koramangala Industrial layout .opposite to new shanti sagar and explained my issue .They had given me contact no. of the concerned person(Name : Naresh , Conatct no. 9880844150).I called this guy he told me now they cannot install as there is no free lineand i have to wait.( why feasibility of connection was not checked when your guy came for enrollment). i asked him to file reimbursement but even after almost 2 months i didn't get any reimbursement.Finally again i called concerned person(Name : Naresh , Conatct no. 9880844150) to know status of my reimbursement and told him atleast give me my money or broadband connection .He told he will get back to me in 10min till today that 10 min are not over. NOTE:- Atleast give me my money back if you cannot then donate that money to wikileaks or WHO but i don want airtel to keep that money after so much of haraasment . I was fan of airtel but airtel turned into a nightmare for me


Airtel sucks no reply till now.
