With deep regret I would like to inform you that I am totally misguided by Tikona people again
and again.
I subscriber to their service with the reason that I will get good services but it turns out to
be worst.
1st: I got my connection started on 1st Dec'11 and the technician came to installation has not
properly installed the wires (all wires are lying lose in my home). All the wires are lying in our home. The person says get a
person to drill the hole. How can Tikona expect us to get person to drill hole. So all the wires
are lying open.
2nd: Since the day we got our connection we have lodged complaint that again and again the
line gets disconnected and we loose huge amount because of our business requires on line auction
under various government tenders.
3rd: When we use skype services after every 2 to 4 minutes lines gets disconnected this affect
our brand in front of our business associates.
Tikona engineer came to our home and saw that the lines get disconnected / to open one website
it takes 10 seconds and the connection gets disconnected after every few minutes, which is not acceptable. Hence, he said this is what you will get and for better connectivity you need to have some instrument on our terrace. But the issue is our
society doesn't permit to install anything on terrace. This was never told to us when your
person who came for selling and installation.
4th: A person called Suraj Singh told me that you will get full refund and expect call in 2
hours on 4th December'11. But still we didn't got any call from your side. When we called
today morning I was told you need to send an email for refund. The point is why this was not
told yesterday when we asked for full refund. Is this the way you treat a new customer?
In view of all the above issues I don't think the services which was told is delivered and
hence, I need full refund of INR 3308 and INR 10000 for mental tortures, disturbances and
affect on my business. Failing which we don't have any other option than to go to Consumer
forum & telecom regulator.
My various complaint numbers are 1-2055605695, 1-2047797529, 1-2058603346 also I called at least 6 to 7 times and their call center representative are not ready to give any new complaint number.
