    Default Complaint against hfcl(connect)

    i was using connect broadband at home. suddenly it stop working i had complaint at mohali office by phone they assure me to provide solution in 2 days but after 2 days i again login complaint because no action was taken against the previous complaint. They again assure me to serviced shortly but I had faced that problem almost for 15 days at last after 15 days when my broadband start working I called to mohali office and told them that I will give payment only for the service that I have used not for that 15 days in which period my broadband was not working they said it is up to you. I said ok fine I will not pay the bill until the matter resolved. So I did the same then again I found the same problem in my broadband. I called to connect office and said please disconnect my connection I fed up with your services so I do not want to continue. They said pay the bill first but I said first resolve the issue of 15 days payment. They didn’t revert it back I had started using my office internet connection instead of connect broadband. They keep on increasing the bill amount by putting additional charges like late bill payment etc and another month bill payment. Firstly the bill amount was 330 when I left using their services but I get to know that my bill amount is 1627 then I again called to customer care of connect they didn’t react on it properly and said we will call you tomorrow for settlement of bill amount. but they didn’t call back. I again called to them and discuss the matter with the new customer care executive again. Finally I got call back from the connect’s mohali office and the senior executive of them setteldown the concern by saying this I will call you tomorrow with details, we will charge only for the days in which you had used our services. But again no call back from their end. I am getting harassed totally. Now I want to file case against this harassment.

    Question complaint against connect broadband services

    Sir

    I got a connect of connect broadband connection (scheme 597 Zoom pack).

    Their promotional calls are not stoped Even i told them.

    Thay also activating schemes through promotional call without my permissional and also without my knowlage.

    First tiome they activated "Infotainment" services and now they activated "Suro Ka Sartaj Scheme"

    I registered the complaint in connect customer care But They continuously activating schmes.

    Sir, Please consider my problem & solve it I will be very glad to you for this.
