Hi, I am Shiljo from Bangalore. I have applied for a Airtel Broadband connection on 24th May 2011(Application Number: 243212). The representative who contacted me is Mr. Ravi. He came and collected 2,800/- rupees from me(1300-plan + 1500 Wifi Modem). He told he will be providing the connection in maximum of 7 working days. As I was not heard from Airtel for more than 10 days I called and asked about the status. He told me that Airtel will not be able to give the connection as there is no facility in my place. He added that will getting the check from Airtel in another one week. I didn't get response or cheque from them. I have contacted customer care and raised a complaint(Complaint Number: 345680). Their response was will be solving the problem in 2 working days. I used to call then frequently and ask the status. After several times of calls I didn't get any positive response from then. They only used to say that it is open. Our executive will contact you. At last I went to Bannergetta road customer care office even they were helpless. They gave the manager name. He is Mr. Jithin. I contacted him as well. At last I came to know that all are playing with me. They don't have any plans to give my money back. Now Mr. Ravi is not responding to my calls. His manager Mr. Jithin give some scrap explanations always and disconnect the call. Please advice me what to do to get my money back.

I had AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION till the month of Feb 2012. Then I had to shift from Bangalore.
That,s why I had applied for disconnection of the connection.
Within a week, AIRTEL people disconnected it.
And because of deactivation of my account, I was not able to pay the bill online.
A representative (engineer) from AIRTEL came to my place for collection of modem n wire.
He took the money from me (Rs.1101 , my billing amount for the month of Feb) , assuring me that he will close my account after payment.
His AIRTEL number is 8904408216
After around one month, I received a call from AIRTEL number 9632380072, and the lady from another end was very rude to me.
She said that they are going to file a case against me for non-payment of dues. I didn't expect this kind of behavior form an AIRTEL representative.
Then those people gave me the number of Rajesh (9900458633) to contact him regarding my problem.
He assured me to solve my problem within 2 days.
Then again yesterday, I received the same call from AIRTEL.
This is not the way to treat the customers.
I have already done the payment and this is not the problem from myside.
People from AIRTEL harassing me a lot through these calls.
You can check my records.
Every-time , I have done the payment on time.
and now i have shifted from Bangalore and still i am facing lot of harassment.
Please help me in this case.
