Hi,

I would like escalate the issue for my Airtel Wireless connection is not working since last 3 months. I am harassed by the Airtel and taken money for period non working airtel connection.

Issue:
Firstly my wireless router becomes faulty and as the connection was not old more than 1 year so airtel should change it free of cost. But now they asking the money and saying we do not support this router now. I have tried all possibilities to resolve the issue.

After 3 months they started asking bills to make it work, as they committed if I will pay the amount they will rectify the problem but after paying the amount nothing happened and even now my connection is not working.

Even after long follow ups and lots of false commitment from airtel, I have found my airtel connection not working. Still they are asking for more money even line is completely dead.

I am would like someone look into the matter and solve the issue ASAP.

I am very much disappointed with the airtel and services.
