I am Akash Uppal, residing at JB-1C, 3rd Floor (RS), Gupta Colony, Malviya Nagar.
I would like to file a complaint against Airtel Broadband, Delhi.
I have applied for Airtel Wifi connection at my above address in the last week of October ’11 after submitting required documents and application form along with cheque to their Relationship Officer Mr. Rajni Kant Prasad (+918800094360), but till date Airtel is unable to install the same.
Despite this, to my surprise, they have raised the invoice (A/c No.: 7005322520 for Airtel number: 01140517448, Bill No. 622252936) for the period from 26/10/2011 to 25/11/2011 for Rs.599.55 payable by 19/12/2011.
I have informed Airtel Call Center executives numerous times when they called and asked about the installation, that connection is not yet installed. Upon receipt of invoice on mail, I have contacted Mr. Rajni Kant and his senior Mr. Gaurav Khosla (9871339924) and narrated the entire episode (mailed at: 121@airtel.in, reference number 8165740, 8219680). They assured me that they will revert within 24 hrs. and resolve, but till date I am just following-up with them for the case and there is no solution provided from AIRTEL.
I would request you to look into the matter on priority and relieve me from the continuous harassment by Airtel Broadband personnel. Also, I would like to request you to instruct Airtel to write-off the entire charges imposed against me with no dues confirmation in writing from them.
