Hi,

I had an internet connection of airtel and requested for termination of the same in August end. Still I was receiving usage bills for next few months. I had a chat with Nodal officers multiple times and resolved the matter in my last billing cycle i.e. 16th Sep to 17th Oct and paid all the dues. Now i have received another bill of ~Rs. 300 for the month of Oct-Nov. This is insane, airtel folks are harassing their customers who have left them and are trying to make as much as possible from them. On the top of this they have not refunded the Rs. 1000 security deposit for phone and wireless modem even though i have submitted the same.

Kindly assist me in taking strict action against this and resolving the matter.
