Hi All,

I got my Docomo 3G dongle about 4-5 months ago and since then, i have just been having issues. Its adding up to the list of my woes.

It's got poor connectivity, pathetic customer service.

I dont get signal bars when i am in the ground floor and when i call up so called the Non"Customer Service" they ask me to go to the first floor and try...lol..They really make me feel that it is a wireless connection.

I never had connection for about 2 months and yet i had to pay for the connection.

They take the complaint. I have about 100 complaint numbers, but they just close them away without even looking into it.

Next comes Nodal officers. Paid for nothing. They just dont know what emails are...They just dont respond.


Speed is pathetic and the connection goes off very often. 3.2 Mbps...No way...Dont even expect it to perform like a dial up connection.

The worst thing that you can ever commit is to call up their customer care...F!@k, they cant even manage to speak in English and they are so adamant.

The IVR takes all your information and the rep online yet asks you about 100 questions. I can name like everybody in the call center including the useless Team Leads and Manager.

Dont even bother to ask for a lead/manager. They would for sure hang up on you.

I never thought that Tata has got such a cheap service with a 3rd class support. Kids back home can troubleshoot better.

Everytime you email them, you get a standard response. I posted a query asking for the procedure to disconnect and am not exaggerating, i had to get into the email loop for about 15 times and they still dont have an answer to the very basic query...

Friends - Its a recommendation as a well wisher. Go in for some local ISP's, they have a thousand times higher standard than this 3rd class Tata.

PLEASE DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH TATA. Its a friendly advice.
