    Default Airtel Broadband - Shifting

    I have been trying to get my Airtel connection shifted to my new premises for the last 2 weeks (My first complaint was on 17th Nov).
    The complaint was closed without even doing anything on the same. After that I was given wrong information multiple times about the possible visit of an engineer. Moreover I was asked to open a new complaint (No. 8077060) and was told that it will be done by 1st of December. I even got a call on 1st telling that the engineer will becoming today at 8PM but no one turned up and I talked to the call center and no answer was provided. I asked to be transferred to the supervisor and I was put on hold for 15 days that then the line was disconnected. I even tried calling their Nodal office couple of times and finally on 2nd even the nodal office but the matter was not rectified. I have been on calls with them over 3 hours and have been given multiple promises that have not been kept. I want to register a formal legal complaint against them and take them to court over breach of contract . Can some one please provide me the email address where I can email to get my complaint registered and then CC the same to Airtel as this is the only way they are going to learn a lesson and not take their customers for granted.

    I have talked to the Appellate office (with Kuldeep) as well and I have been told that since the first request was closed (by the backend team) within the SLA and the new request is still within the SLA nothing can be done. So if the back end team does not work and close the request its ok!! Also it was said that they cant do anything about the false promises of timelines that were made as the request was either closed or within SLA.

    After this all I got a call from the Airtel cancellation department saying that they will waive off my half months rental if I decided to continue with the connection and the connection will be shifted by Monday 5th Dec and as a stupid person I agreed. No one has contacted me since and nothing has happened .. please let me know what should I do?
