I have Airtel broadband connection with phone no. 08041749413.

I have got a call from airtel about IPTV connection. It has been told to me that connection can be given in the existing line and connection charges is Rs. 999. I will have to give cheque and connection will be installed after 7 days of cheque receipt. I have paid it through Cheque. It has been installed only after realization of cheque. When I have got airtel bill, Rs 999 has been added into the bill also for the same.

I have informed to customer care to revert the same as I have already paid by cheque. It has been logged but it is not solved. I have contacted atleast ten times in call and approx 15 mails to 121@airtel.in, nodal.southabts@airtel.in and appellate.southabts@in.airtel.com.

As per customer care executive, i don't need to pay bill till it is resolved.

They have disconnected the connection without information. After talking to them and paying the bills except rs 1350(Rs 999 for cheque and late charges) they have reconnected.

I have given bank statement, Bank statement screen shot to above mail.

Whenever i am calling, they are asking for 24 hrs to resolve the issue. but there is no use.

I have logged the issues on 13.10.2011 itself. But this is not resolved till date.

As on date, i am getting calls regularly from airtel to pay Rs 1350.

When i am calling to number 080-41115201 regarding this, their pet answer is that it has been communicated to accounts department.

Since cheque is debited from my account, how are they not able to trace the cheque. Due to inefficiency of airtel accounts people, i am suffering.
