Tikona broadband a fraud company On 23rd Nov 2011 I submitted Rs. 1322 in cash to your sales executive ( Shailender , 9920073110 ) , it have been 168hrs but no progress till now .
Every time whenever I call back to you Tikona customer care , i get only reply you have not deposited full amount. As per the cash memo full amount is deposited then how less amount is displaying in their system?
Mr Shailender is a bogus sales executive , not picking the phone from last 48 hrs .
I request you to take action against him.

I wanted to know about his refund as installation not done and took another connection.
Resolution: Convinced customer that he will get refund and also explained him the technical disconnection process. Spoke with technical team and gave TAT of 4hrs for call back from technical retention team.
