I bought a reliance netconnect+ datacard 9382688284 2 months ago. Its a curse on me that i never got more than 100kbps in my area(Anaiyur,Madurai) since the buy. Utterly slow. I had been pinging the customer care more frequently in this month, and each time i get a standard response from them "Facing congestion issue in your area, and it will be resolved within Nov 30th 2011".
Today is Nov 30th. I wonder how could such a big corporate could dwell on the same issue till the final claimed day.
Since i had taken a postpaid connection, i am paying the monthly rental which i feel to be not worthy.
