    Default Dear Sir/Madam,

    I've a Tata photon internet dongle. One day I called their customer care and asked to change my internet plan. They agreed upon the same. But, I received bill with no change in the plan at the end of the month. Now they are claiming, change in plan was not communicated. I mailed and talked to them severally to revise my bill but they did not agree. I've also not paid my dues. Now they are telling that we will file a case in Delhi court. Unfortunately, I've deleted all emails send to them. What should I do? Do I really need to pay over billed amount?
