Hi, I took Airtel's 2mbps (999) plan which also has an offier on voice calling rental of 300 for calls upto 2000 Rs of across networks, across state.
I made call of 1200 in the month of Aug-Sep and they did not applied the discount they offer in the plan.
As per the scheme I should have been charged Broadband charge (999) + 300 as i did not cross the limit of 2000.
They gaveme bil of 999+1200.
After raising lots of complain with the airtel they haev created the ticket but no one is working on that, i have caled several times but no convincing reply from them. once a nodel officer had called and said they will not put any late fee because of the open ticket though in the next month bill they have added the late fee also. I also esclated it to nodal officer and appllet officer still no resolution provided for one month. Mow i have also received the Se-Oct bill and same problem has been repeated.
Finally i have decided to close the connection. Even though they replied that request has been loged for cancellation and some one will call you in 48 hour still no one has called.

After 2 months they corrected the billing but at the same time before i could do the payment they terminated the account also on same day when i got bill correction mail. I tried to make a payment to reactivate the account as my fixed line was saying because of the outstanding amount your connection is terminated make a payment to reactivate it within 4 hour.
I got some technical problem while doing payment so need to make payment twice as first time it appeared as failure transaction. later i got to know that my account has got debited twice and i have the dcredit balance of 3000 with airtel now. connection was not activated called CC 3-4 times in next 3 days they said it has to go through full process as its terminated..after 8-9 days some one called and asked for documents again gave him documnet and this guy disappered after taking the docs for 8 days . he does not pick my call if i call from some other number he justa hangs it. .
