It is a very poor network i had seen. I agree with one of the comments. Their technical team doesnt know about anything. One of the technical team member told me that For 512kbps plan the uploading
speed is just 16 kbps. It s very pathetic that they doesnt know about anything about the internet service.The customer service are not responding and i had a strange time with them. I had no time to tell the full story.I have filed a complaint one week before, since no one came to solve it. F****** WI5
Dont Fool urself by becoming a member of this network. Its my request.

Like others i too made a mistake by choosing this local provider (wi5 - Zylog) broadband connection. I took the connection and in advance i paid for 6 months. Right from day one i had a terrific time with their customer care executive. I raised so many complaints, talk to so many ppl (they themselves called as very senior person). Seems they don't behave like a senior person. As usual they told me that my validity will get extended. But the problem is i was not able to use internet connection. I patiently waited for 2 months. No luck.... In fact during these 2 months i suffered a lot just because of non availability of internet connection.

I also observed that my credentials was used by someone... When i reported this issue they said it is not possible. In fact i supplemented the details with evidence but no use... At last i lost hope and choose some other provider. Till those 6 months no response from Wi5 provider. Once my expiry date arrived then on at regular interval they called me and asked for renewal. When i shouted and asked for the issue they said, sorry for the inconvenience sir, i will getback to you shortly with proper response. Till now no update.

My advice to all new user is if you want to choose broadband provider go for some reputed provider, and don't trust these local provider... They will say so many things in the beginning but will not do anything after your payment for sure...

It's really worth to go for some other provider... Even if it's expensive please opt good provider.
